MEET YOUR HOST

OWEN PERSHOUSE

This program has been developed by Mr Owen Pershouse BA(Hons)Psych.M(Clin).Psych and has been successfully attended by more than 1500 men. Mr Owen Pershouse is a clinical and forensic psychologist in private practice in Brisbane. He is full member of the College of Forensic Psychologists of the APS and a Regulation 8 Officer of the Family Court of Australia. He works mainly in the areas of specialised reports for Courts, as well as therapeutic program design, delivery and evaluation. Owen has always held a strong personal and professional interest in the impacts of family of origin issues on later adult relationships and development. Prior to entering private practice, Owen has worked in a number of institutional settings including prisons and hospital and university clinic settings. He has also worked as a consultant and trainer to several organisations including; Qld Corrective Services Commission, Australasian Correctional Management , Family Court of Australia, Australian College of Applied Psychology, Department of Family Services /Child safety, Centrelink, Brisbane City Council, Save the Children Queensland, Child Support Agency.
